Street view was magnificent and the location was unbeatable and GOOD, just next door to the center, the centre of town and Leukerbad. Comfortable modern room, it had big bed.

Honestly nothing to complain about. Great hotel with amicable staff and good wi-fi. Unbeatable location for our visit to an idiosyncratic folk museum approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property. A nice restaurant for dinner...

The location was excellent, right in the center and only 10 minutes from the ski lifts. We also got a 10% discount on the skipass with the guest card, which was a great advantage.

That the room was located up some very narrow stairs, making it difficult to access with suitcases. the room door could be pushed open without using the key, which wasn't very safe, and made us feel a bit uncomfortable leaving our valuables inside.
